Mobile service call fee $225+tax  

This includes 30 minutes of discovery and possible quick fix for your call. Technician will let you know if further diagnosis is required or a plan of action for repair by the 30 minute mark.  If you are in a park and have neighbors that also need service, we can split the show fee between 2 parties. 

Labor rate $180/hr+Tax

Our labor rate with a half hour minimum on each work order. This is the same labor rate we charge here in the shop. 

Additional Visit charge $150.00/Day + Tax

Applied in the event we need to leave and come back a different day due to ordered parts, bench tests, etc.

This will be added to the total bill for each additional day a visit is required.

After hours fee for emergency visits $200+Tax

$200 fee applied to the above if the service is required outside of our normal business hours posted on our site. This fee must be collected prior to a technician being dispatched after hours. 

Accepted payments

 We accept most major credit card and debit cards with a processing fee of 3%. 

Personal checks with copy of valid ID 

Cash with prior approval made with a member of management. 

There is a small supply fee added to each workorder for a fixed percentage of the total to help with operating costs. 

We make a reasonable effort to resolve most calls on the first visit and clearly communicate any charges for that visit. If you have a concern or question please don't hesitate to email us directly and we will do our best to answer them.
